Return Policy
As a customer it is best to contact us before returning any products. Please include Order ID found in emails and receipts associated with your order as well as reasons for returns.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be reviewed.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please contact us at - Purchase Issue
Wrong Address - If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility/drop ship facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility/drop ship facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the end customer (if and as applicable).
Drop ship products - Please contact us before returning any items so that we can inform you of the drop ship return policy and procedures.
